Do You Need A Ministry Coach? Key Questions to Ask Yourself!

Data is great, but without a strategy behind it, it’s just information.  Having information without strategy is not going to change the growth of your ministry.  MortarStone realizes – what gets measured, gets managed.  And although ‘intuition’ is good, it is not a strategy.

Let’s determine if you need a coach – ask these key questions of your ministry.

  1. Do you have a ministry framework that uses giving data to determine if your church is growing? For example, can you quickly get household information on attendance, giving amounts and giving frequency?
2.  Do you have a stewardship program with a strategy around different segments of your givers?
  • New Givers
  • Regular Givers
  • Financial Leaders
  • Asset-based Givers
3.  Do you have a team that helps you connect with these segmented givers?
4.  Do you have a plan or strategy that includes meeting with financial leaders and asset-based givers regularly?

If you answered NO to any of these questions, you might consider having MortarStone give you a free coaching consult. Our coaching program is personal! We assess your church’s culture, technology, and operations and design a strategy that fits you.

Let’s stop ‘fundraising’ and start ‘FAITH RAISING’ – schedule a time to talk with us!
