Welcome to MortarStone
1. Sign in to your MortarStone platform using your username and password.
2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of your dashboard and select the ‘settings’ option from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on the ‘Data Import’ link from the left-hand menu – located under the large title ‘Settings.’
4. You will be taken to a screen with two tabbed options. Select either ‘Connect to API’ or ‘Upload Data by CSV File.’
5. If you are using an integrated Church Management System, you will follow the directions on the page to instantly set up your connection. Your dashboard will be ready for viewing within 2 business days. Note: To build an accurate picture of your giving history, please provide at least 3 years of past giving.
6. If you are NOT using a Church Management System with an API integration, you will need to upload a CSV file with 3 years of past giving for your analytic dashboard to accurately display a giving analysis. After your CSV has been uploaded, please allow for 2 business days for your information to be processed. We will notify you when your data has been added to your dashboard.
7. After your data has been processed, you will need to attend a demo session, where we will go over all the reports and features in your MortarStone platform. Remember to bring all of your questions and we’ll answer those at the end of the webinar.
